Visa & Letter of Invitation

Some participants may require a visa to enter Canada. Information on determining if you need a visa can be found here:

We encourage all attendees who need a visa to apply as early as possible. It is usually suggested to book a visa appointment at least 3-6 months before any event, to begin a visa application.

Invitation letter: Visa support letters confirming conference registration, will be issued only if your registration for the in-person meeting is complete and full payment has been received. If you need a visa invitation letter, please fill out the registration form.

The invitation letter is provided to assist participants who may need to obtain a visa or institutional permission to attend the conference. It does not constitute an official invitation and does not cover registration fees or any other expenses.

If a participant’s application for a visa is refused, the conference secretariat will refund the paid registration fees only when a copy of the refusal letter is received.
