Childcare during the conference

Childcare services are offered free of charge to all registered conference attendees.

Childcare will be available on-site at the conference venue on the following schedule:

• Sunday June 20 to Wednesday June 23, 2027: Full-day service (hours to be confirmed).
• Thursday June 24, 2027: Morning service (hours to be confirmed).

Children from 0 to 17 years of age are eligible to participate in the childcare program.

To register for childcare, please indicate your needs during the conference registration process. At that time, we will ask for basic information about your child, including name, age, dietary restrictions or food allergies, language abilities, and any additional information that may help us provide the best possible care.

You must add childcare services when completing your registration for SMBE 2027.

Caregiver Award

This award is available to members who incur expenses for the care of children or dependent adults (including adult children with disabilities or elderly relatives) while attending SMBE 2027.
