Located in the heart of Québec City, the Québec City Convention Centre offers an ideal setting for our meeting by combining vibrant surroundings, convenience, and thoughtfully designed fully accessible spaces that foster networking and collaboration.

Within a 10-minute walk from the convention centre, you can explore major attractions such as Old Québec, the Plains of Abraham, and the Petit Champlain District, along with some of Canada’s finest restaurants. It is served directly by the public transit system run by the Réseau de Transport de la Capitale (RTC). https://www.rtcquebec.ca/ You will have the option to receive a complimentary bus pass when you register for the meeting. While we favour that participants use public transit, if you must use a car, it is strongly recommended to use the parking facilities at Place d’Youville and the Marie-Guyart Building (Complexe G).

Numerous hotels are located nearby. Université Laval, one of the oldest universities in the Americas, the first French-language university on the continent, and a leading Canadian research institution, is only a 15-minute public transit ride away and offers affordable housing. See accommodation.
